Moyo aged 64 of Gwanda hung himself after he found his neighbour’s dog mating with his in a move that angered him.
Moyo, is said to have first spotted the dogs close to his homestead and chased them away. He is said to have chased the dogs on three separate occasions but they would resumes moments later.
After chasing the dogs for the first time they were at it again after an hour. That happened trice.
According to Matabeleland South police spokesperson, Loveness Mangena, Moyo, on the last encounter was spotted by another villager running after the dogs swearing that he would teach the dogs a lesson.
That was the last time seen alive.His neighbour , on the following day looked for Moyo at his homestead with no luck and a manhunt was instituted.
Moyo was found hanging from a tree by a fellow female villager. No suicide note was found.
